India Expo Mart, where the 46th annual meeting of the board of governors of the Asian Development Bank was held in May, is Noida's answer to Delhi's Pragati Maidan; this is located at the end of Greater Noida Expressway. A knowledge park has also been proposed here, which is likely to have 24 engineering and management institutes. At the Noida end of the expressway, in Sector 93, the existing landmarks are Amity University, Lotus Valley School, Logix Techno-Park, Mayoor International School, Eldeco Society, Parsvnath Prestige Apartments, and ATS Green.
Realty projects on the expressway
Although most of the projects involve high investment, projects for middle-class and limited-budget buyers are also to be developed on a 3-5km stretch along the expressway. Existing properties have registered good appreciation in the last one and a half years. Some high-end projects here are the forthcoming premium residential projects by Unitech: Unitech Cascades, and a golfthemed residential condominium, Unitech Grande. Supertech is developing Supernova, India's tallest and largest mixed-use development, over 5 million sq feet in Sector 94. The project has five towers - Spira (the Iconic Tower, India's tallest mixed-use development at 80 floors and rising up to 300 metres), Nova East, Nova West, Astralis and a hotel tower, Leela Palace.
Spira consists of residences, studio apartments, a 5-star hotel, shopping malls, office spaces and recreational centers, topped off by a world-class restaurant and bar, which has a bird's-eye view over the surrounding waterways of Yamuna. The tower also has a helipad, an observatory deck, an exclusive clubhouse, automated elevators, and commands a panoramic view of the bird sanctuary nearby. Nova East and West are two adjoining towers with world-class luxurious 2- and 3BHK apartments. Amrapali's Heartbeat in Sector 107, Supertech's Emerald Court in Sector 93 and Eco City on Sector 137, Paramount's Floraville, Gulshan Homz's Vivante, Ajnara's Daffodils in Sector 137, Prateek Group's Prateek Laurel in Sector 120 and Prateek Wisteria in Sector 77, etc, have every facility that residents look for.

Deepak Kapoor, director of Gulshan Homz, says: "The seamless connectivity through the expressway and its close proximity to Delhi has helped the areas across the expressway flourish in recent times. We have a project, Vivante, in Sector 137, next to the expressway. Vivante has registered very good demand since its launch. We have also recently launched Gulshan Ikebana in Sector 143. The sectors near the expressway will be one of the best property destinations in the near future."
